An eight-year old and on-going photo project  about working class, largely female, migrant labour running modest businesses from the pavements during Christmas-New Year holidays season in Connaught Place – New Delhi's oldest and toniest shopping district.

Unlike the decked up store windows these pavement entrepreneurs deck themselves up with their inventory to attract customers.  Their unusual appearance not withstanding, each of them represent issues common to  marginal labour in unorganised sector worldwide.
